REFUND POLICY

At La Playa at the Strand, we understand that plans can change — and we’re here to help where we can. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or shortened stays.

But here’s the good news:

 

We offer one-time free rescheduling of your booking, subject to the following terms:Rescheduling must be requested at least 5  days before your original check-in date.

 

New dates are subject to availability and must be within 12 months of your original booking.

 

Rescheduling is only valid for the same number of guests and duration as the original booking.

 

Rate differences (if any) may apply for peak dates or holidays.

 

We want your stay to be beautiful and worry-free — and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs
